Kharkiv is one of the biggest cities of Ukraine (about 1,500,000 inhabitants), former capital of Ukraine widely known in Ukraine and beyond as a center of high technology science and culture . It is located in the East-North of Ukraine, about 40 km from the border between Ukraine and Russia. In the time of conference the weather in Kharkiv is usually quite nice and stable with daytime temperature about 25-27 C.
