Author's Guides

While monitoring the development of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) the organizing committee will not take the risk to ask the participants to travel under those circumstances.

Therefore CM & LTP 2020 will be held in distant format this year.

We kindly ask our participants to send your posters and presentations for oral reports to cmltp2020@gmail.com.

During the conference dates (8 - 14 June 2020) all participants will have access to these materials.

Oral Presentation


for REGULAR PARTICIPANTS:

10 min including time for discussion.

for INVITED SPEAKERS:

20 or 40 min for lecture including time for discussion.


The presentation can be in *.ppt, *.pptx, or *.pdf formats.

Participants should bring their presentations in a usb flash drive or use a laptop or another smart device with VGA output connection. If you use Apple laptops please bring your own cables to connect to projector.

Please, check-in your presentation before the session.

Speakers requiring special equipment should contact the organizers beforehand.

Poster Presentation


for REGULAR PARTICIPANTS:

hard-copy papers/posters,
A1 format (594 x 841 mm),
portrait orientation.


Participants will be provided bulletin boards and adhesive tape to display the poster along with a sign indicating the corresponding number.

Poster presenters should set up their posters at least 30 min before the start of the poster session. Authors must remain in the vicinity of their posters during the session to answer questions.

Please, remove your poster after the session. Posters not removed will be considered unwanted and will be discarded.

Article's Publication

In addition to an abstract the authors may submit full manuscript for publication in the peer-reviewed scientific journal "Fizika Nizkikh Temperatur" in general order. All articles should be prepared according to the rules for authors and will be peer - reviewed. Please, see all details on the journal web-site. The articles will be also published in English version of the journal "Low Temperature Physics" by American Institute of Physics.
